Terms of service

Eligibility and authority

You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms. If you use MANA for a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for them. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business, clients, records, and use of the service.

What MANA provides

MANA is a business management workspace for freelancers, including projects, clients, quotations, invoices, receipts, finance tools, files, calendars, and AI assistance. MANA is not a party to agreements between you and your clients and does not act as your accountant, lawyer, financial adviser, or tax agent.

Your account and security

Provide accurate account and business information and keep your password, sign-in providers, connected accounts, and access tokens secure. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by MANA's breach of these terms. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share credentials or allow another person to impersonate you.

Plans, limits, and recurring billing

MANA offers a Free plan and paid Mana and Aether plans. Paid plans are billed in Thai baht (THB) through Stripe, monthly or annually in advance, and automatically renew for the same interval until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees and applicable taxes. The price, currency, discount, credit, tax, and any proration shown before confirmation determine the resulting Stripe charge and invoice.

Plans have limits shown in the product and on the pricing page, including limits for active projects, storage, AI Actions, document sending, bank-verification actions, and connected calendars. Some monthly limits reset on a UTC calendar-month schedule; storage limits do not reset. Reaching a limit may block new activity until usage is reduced, the limit resets, or you change plans. When a downgrade takes effect, projects above the new active-project limit may be archived rather than deleted.

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and MANA may restrict paid features or return the account to the Free plan after the subscription is no longer entitled. We may change plan features or prices prospectively; changes affecting an existing renewal will be handled as applicable law requires.

Plan changes, cancellation, refunds, and deletion

Upgrades and some billing-interval changes can take effect immediately with Stripe proration. Downgrades and changes from annual to monthly billing are normally scheduled for the next renewal. MANA shows the timing and estimated charge before you confirm.

Cancel through Settings → Billing and complete the Stripe Customer Portal flow before the renewal date. Review the effective date shown by Stripe during confirmation. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the paid period keeps paid access until then and prevents the next renewal. Paid charges are generally non-refundable, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law and the exceptions described in the refund and cancellation policy.

Canceling a subscription does not delete the account. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a Stripe subscription, so cancel any active paid subscription before deleting the account from Privacy settings. Account deletion is permanent and is handled as described in theprivacy policy.

Your content and sharing

As between you and MANA, you retain your rights in content you submit. You confirm that you have authority and a lawful basis to process that content, including client, recipient, employee, and payment-destination information. You give MANA a non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

When you email a document, create a public document link, connect a provider, or ask an AI action to send or change a record, you direct MANA to share or process the relevant information. Anyone with an active guest document link may see the document and payment details it contains, so share links only with intended recipients and revoke or replace them when necessary.

The account export covers core workspace records and file metadata, not every technical record or uploaded file byte. Keep your own copies of records you are legally required to retain.

What we will not do with your data

These are commitments, not preferences, and they apply for as long as you use MANA:

• We do not sell your personal data or share it with data brokers, advertising networks, or list resellers.
• We run no advertising or ad-targeting tags on the website or in the app, and we do not profile you for marketing.
• We do not train AI models on your workspace content. AI providers receive only what the feature you used sends them, for that request.
• We do not read your documents, contacts, or finances except as needed to run a feature you used, to provide support you asked for, or where the law requires it.
• Analytics is opt-in. Measurement tools do not load until you allow them, and declining changes nothing about how MANA works.

MANA processes personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Theprivacy policy sets out the lawful bases we rely on, the providers involved, how data leaving Thailand is safeguarded, and how to exercise your rights or complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee. If we ever need to use your data in a way these terms do not cover, we will ask you first.

MANA intellectual property

MANA and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including software, designs, branding, and MANA-provided templates. Subject to these terms, MANA gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own lawful business. If you send feedback, you allow MANA to use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.

AI features and automated actions

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or non-unique. AI features can draft, extract, classify, create, update, delete, or send records when you request those actions. Review prompts, outputs, amounts, dates, categories, recipients, and resulting changes before relying on them. AI output is assistance, not professional advice, and you remain responsible for how you use it.

Taxes and client documents

MANA can prepare documents containing VAT and withholding-tax fields and show simplified planning estimates. These are not official calculations, filings, or advice. You are responsible for the accuracy, numbering, delivery, retention, and tax treatment of documents you issue and should confirm requirements with a qualified professional or the relevant authority.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use MANA for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;
• upload malicious, infringing, or unauthorized content, or violate another person's privacy;
• probe, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass the service, security controls, or plan limits, except where the law expressly permits;
• resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to MANA;
• use the service to impersonate another person or send spam or harmful communications.

Connected services and providers

MANA relies on infrastructure and processing providers and can connect to services you choose, such as Stripe, Google, LINE, email, storage, AI, and verification providers. Their availability can affect a MANA feature. Your direct relationship with a connected service remains subject to that provider's terms, while MANA's handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Availability, changes, suspension, and termination

MANA is actively developed. Features may change or be retired, and interruptions can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, non-payment, or suspected unlawful use, and may terminate an account for a material or repeated breach. We will give notice when reasonably practicable, but urgent security or legal action may be immediate.

Disclaimers and liability

MANA is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MANA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, business, or data. MANA's total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for MANA during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Governing law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. We may update them as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will change, and material changes will be presented as applicable law requires. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
