Create a project, then schedule the work

Start with one client job, add the detail you will reuse, break it into a task, and give that task a real time on the calendar.

Do this in MANA

  1. Open Projects and choose New project. Give it a clear name and objective.
  2. Add the project information you will reuse: client, description, and milestones.
  3. Open Tasks, choose Add task, and create the next piece of work.
  4. On desktop, open Calendar, enable To-Do under Display options, then drag that task onto its date or time.

What changesThe project has a real next action on the calendar, not another loose deadline.

Add the contact behind the project

Put the person and company in MANA first, then make that contact the client on the project.

Do this in MANA

  1. Open Contacts and choose New Contact.
  2. Save the person and company details you need for this job.
  3. Return to Project Overview and choose that contact in the Client selector.

What changesThe project and client context stay connected as documents and activity build up.

Make a wallet ready for documents

Use a payment wallet as a reusable invoice template, so each new document starts with the right payment details.

Do this in MANA

  1. Open Accounting → Transactions, then add or edit a wallet.
  2. Choose PromptPay, enter the PromptPay ID, and enable it for invoices.
  3. If you use it often, make it the default for invoices. Payment Details will pre-select it in a new document.

What changesNew invoices start with the right payment destination instead of making you type it again.

Set your document library once

Prepare the identity, reusable lines, packages, and defaults that your next document should already know.

Do this in MANA

  1. Open Documents → Library → Document presets. Add a Sender Profile and set it as default.
  2. Save the usual tax, due-date, and remark defaults in that sender profile.
  3. Open Templates for repeated items and notes, then combine your common offers in Packages.

What changesRepeat work starts with your identity, familiar terms, and routine line items already in place.

Send a PromptPay invoice you can review

Create an invoice with the project, contact, and payment details in place, then guide the payment through a controlled slip review.

Do this in MANA

  1. Choose New document → Invoice. Select the project and contact, add items, then keep the selected payment template in Payment Details.
  2. Publish in Thai baht with a PromptPay ID. An amount-specific QR code appears on the public invoice.
  3. Have the client choose Upload slip. Review the result, use Re-verify when needed, then confirm payment yourself.

What changesThe client has a clear way to pay, and you stay in control of recording the money received.
